ATCO Site: My NEW Policy
To avoid any confusion,and following recent events you can follow on my evidence page,it is necessary for me to spell out my new policy on the use of my files.
I deeply regret that I have brought this harsh policy into effect. However the fault lays squarely with the endless stream of thieving pirates who seek to rip off my work,and to make it clear to all you commercial companies-You can not make money from my aircraft.
I do not enjoy having to write this,but it is a sad reflection on the way the simming community has been spolied by a few greedy scumbags who will stop at nothing to make a few dollars.
In order to re-open the site,this has become necessary,I hope you understand,why this has had to come into effect.
All aircraft files are copyright of the aircraft afx designer and myself.
No part of the file may be altered,IN ANY WAY.
No part of the file may be used without my express written consent. If you don`t have permission,DO NOT USE IT.
AFX files will no longer be distributed to anybody. Please do not bother asking,I will not reply.
The same applies to PCX or texture files.
Sam Chin`s Flight Dynamics are copyright of Sam,and may not be used,or altered,without his express permission.
The zip file may NOT be uploaded to any web site,BBS,FTP or any other retrieval site. Files are only to be downloaded from my website.
Files already uploded to other sites,may be retained on those sites. No new files are to be added,otherwise I will request that ALL files are removed.
Files are not to be redistributed,by any means.
Anyone caught breaking the copyright on the files,by altering,or amending them,will be subject to due process.
No files may be included on any media,without my express consent,that includes freeware collections.
No money may be charged for any of my aircraft files. Anyone caught doing so WILL be sued.
