In Belgium and Holland all Upper Airspace is controlled from Maastricht in Holland.Lower Airspace is controlled from Brussels. or Amsterdam . There are many centres through Europe.

France has Paris, Brest, Bordeaux, Reims and Marseille ATC Centres

UK London and Scottish Centres  with a sub centre at Manchester a new one being built at Southampton.

Switzerland has Zurich and Geneva.

Italy has Milan and Rome with control areas at Cagliari ,Naples ,Trapani ,Grosetto, Catania Padova

Spain has Milan, Madrid, Seville, Barcelona,

Portugal has Lisbon. 

Canary Islands has Canaries Control, then Santa Maria Domestic and Oceanic Control Centers

Germany has Rhine, Munich ,Bremen, Frankfurt ,Dusseldorf, Berlin some upper airspace from Maastricht in Holland.

Austria has Vienna

Ireland has Dublin and Shannon domestic centres  and Shanwick Oceanic Centre Northern Ireland is controlled from the Scottish Centre at present.
