Santorini, a very special island in Greece, was created by volcanic eruption along with other small
islands around it, a small but very beautiful island located in the center of the Aegean Sea on the
east side of Greece. Santorini Airport, a small airport with marginal restriction on aircraft type,
offers one of the dangerous approaches in Greece because of a large mountain near the finals on one of
the runways.
