Flight Registration Information

By using flight registration, you will receive an email with all required detail about your flights, dep/arr times, flighplan, etc. Please note that not all possible flightplans have been covered, either case you will receive suggestions etc. Also by registering your flight you’ll get priority regarding any possible delays (clearance etc.) whilst you’ll help us know in advance the volume of traffic to expect in order to serve you better.

  • How flight registration system works
    1. Create your flight by entering ICAO codes for dep/arr, departure time and average TAS.
    2. Add this flight to the collection of flights by pressing "Add Flight".
    3. You can review all information while the system provides you information such as airport names,ETA,distance between airports, based on the flight you added.
    4. Add as many flights as you want.
    5. Enter, callsign, email, and your name, and press "Submit Flights".
    6. Then an email including all the on screen information as well as flightplans for your flights, will be send to you.
