Heres how it worked for me. Bought ASA , paid upgrade for ASX, free upgrade to ASE, paid upgrade to AS 2012

Well I guess so much for great support. Trying to spend $40 and cannot get a response on how to upgrade. I guess I stay with REX! Sent 2 ticket in 3 days ago and have heard nothing from them.

They've recently started their own support arrangements:http://support.hifitechinc.com/... pity really, it's good for everyone to be able to see these things out in the open but this new thing seems to operate behind the scenes via a ticket system.
