For an MS Strore version, go to your MS web page, download a 1.04Gb update from there and then that will kick in the main sim as being able to download the sim update. It's slow though, currently coming down at an average of around 4 Mb/s, so even that small store update is gonna take probably 15 minutes or more for me.

Nothing on my MS account. I think I must have two accounts. Can't remember. Think I bought it on XBox live and I can't see how to log into it? The thing is it doesn't kick in like it usually does if you load the sim?
