Money talks and when it's a lot of money people listen.  Especially government officials.  It's a natural law.  So if you REALLY want the government to listen to you break out the dollars or the euros or the ponds or the yen.

The tires are worn.  The shocks are shot.  The steering is wobbly.  But the engine still runs fine.

In my ponds they're only minnows Charlie.  That's why nobody listens to me.
