One more dumb question… is a new mesh different from this mod, or conflicts (is an alternative)? For example, there is a payware 10m mesh for Hawaii. Would this negate the need for that, or does the mesh provide the sub-floor for the carpet?

If you use the 10m mesh, either the bing or google textures sit on top of it whether you use the mod or not.

Google textures and high rez mesh will cane your system though, especially if you like using high LOD settings.

Obviously depends on whether you use a 1080, 1440 or 4k monitor though.

What does the google "pro" version provide to an average user?  Is anyone aware of any videos showing the comparison between the regular and pro versions of google maps?
