have you tried changing the units in the sim options?

I can't remember what menu they're under on the top of my head.

Thanks, Tuskin, I honestly never thought about that. Probably because I’ve been flying study level aircraft forever, and they usually have modelled their own systems.

OK, I’m not sure I can get a refund, but after reading Ricardo’s response to my concerns in their support forums, I wouldn’t touch this add on with a ten foot pole. 

Highly disappointed here, but I don’t have time to complain anymore. This will be uninstalled asap.

Yes you can. Contact  MS  (zendesk), explain why you want the refund and they will refund you.Been there and done that.
