As for Stockholm be aware that ESSB form ORBX has some exclusion set and you will be missing some buildings and stuff in the old center part...

Guys I 'installed' the latest City Update from Marketplace but curious as it was a tiny file size, few KBs. Is this correct given the amount of locations and enhanced scenery?

This doesnt seem correct given others are Gbs in size.  Nothing else is showing in MP or Content Manager for updates.

The PG data is streamed from the server. The few KB's on the client are there to call that data.

Ok thanks, just seemed strange most other city updates have a large download but this one didnt.

Perhaps you are correct.  I did a quick Google search and see others post similar queries on older City Updates.  Would have thought a City Update would also contain some hand crafted elements, which would be installed rather than streamed.
