Several months ago I was hospitalized for a couple of days for a blood clot on my leg.  I was attended to by a couple of Filipino nurses and they were great.  

The day after I was discharged I went to the supermarket and bought a couple boxes of Oreo cookies and brought them to the nurses station to show my appreciation.

The tires are worn.  The shocks are shot.  The steering is wobbly.  But the engine still runs fine.
