  1. A touch&go training with the PMDG house livery at UKBB consisting of about 30 touch downs. This will

include slow flight, steep turns and climbs, just to get a feel for the aircraft. Maybe even with one engine out.

    As simple s that.

That has to be the most sensible flight of all.

  2. Hi all,

I am sure some of you also sim-fly with other ATP planes. My question is what is so special about this bird? Is it more difficult than the Boeing 700s? Does it fly better? I am sure there are pilot out there using the PMDG MD-11 to practice, but what are other reasons?

    Thanks

I bought This http://www.itvv.com/.../mpmd11dvd.html and just had to buy the PMDG superb simulation.

  3. This is something I've been debating with myself too. I currently have the Saitek Yoke system, however, it occupies my entire desk so a joystick would be much better in terms of typing efficiency, etc. I do fly GA airplanes with yokes, and the NGX which has a yoke too so I don't know exactly what I should do.

I use the pro flight yoke and pedals and my keyboard seats neatly on the top of the yoke. I also placed a non slip mat underneath the keyboard. Just a tip?
